Thanks to the skilful restoration of a typical nineteenth-century ancient Sicilian manor, La Corte del Sole has been realized looking after every single detail, using noble materials such as the white stone of Noto, the Sicilian handmade terracotta, the sandstone of Siracusa and the ancient terracotta curved tiles, creating a very charming place.Immersed within the green landscape of the Vendicari reserve and the ancient and suggestive remains of the Greek town of Eloro, La Corte del Sole is a place of refined hospitality where it?s possible to discover the true sicilian culture with its warm and cosy atmosphere.The RestaurantBreakfast is served in the old olive and grape press, where a skilful restoration has joined the old style and the modern style creating a delightful combination of visual sensations.
