The Relais has been inserted in a Castle and several other buildings of a small hamlet originally built around year 1000 and restored in 1995 using typical Umbrian stonework.

Typical Umbrian stonework with wooden-beams ceilings, arches and terracotta floors extend right into the reception area. The wooden reception desk is on the side of the entrance. Close to the reception, there is the bar, a lounge area, a billiard room, and several sofas surround the enormous fireplace in the leisure room.
