Renovated in 2010, this 39-room beach hotel symbolises the Greek peoples' passage in time, history and place. From Greek mythology of the Asterides (stars), the hotel shines like a lighthouse on the gentle, rocky hillsides overlooking the Ionian Sea. It is a family-run hotel, ideal for families and adults looking for a relaxing holiday in a resplendent environment. The hotel lounge has plush sofas and a big-screen TV and also offers various leisure activities such as free Internet access and a small library. The hotel is family-friendly and features a kids' club, children's playground and gardens. The surrounding beaches are superb, and the hotel is just 2 km from the pretty village of Skala with its restaurants, bars, pubs and nightspots, as well as links to the local public transport network and shopping venues, and 7 km from the traditional village of Poros, both worth visiting. Guests can discover the sandy vastness and shallow waters of Mounda Beach (4 km away), which is the reproduction habitat of the loggerhead turtle Caretta Caretta.
