Many of the most interesting Tampere attractions are across the bridge over the rapids, such as the Keskustori central square, the Lenin Museum (exploring the time the Soviet revolutionary figure spent in exile in Tampere), and the Moominvalley Museum, celebrating Tove Jansson?s characters. The Särkänniemi Adventure Park is approx. 2 km/1.2 miles west of the Hostel Sofia and is easily accessible by bus in the summertime. From the Tampere train station it?s approx. a 10 minute walk to Hostel Sofia.
