This handsome, stone-built Victorian hotel stands within its own grounds on the edge of Grantown-on-Spey. It overlooks parkland to the forest and the River Spey beyond. The hotel provides an excellent standard of accommodation with an atmosphere of old-world charm, maintained by many open log fires. In summer, the hotel's gardens are a tranquil experience, as is the comfort of the Geranium-filled lounge. Guests can take advantage of the hotel's putting green or enjoy fine Highland hospitality in the Spey restaurant, which is beautifully positioned with south facing over the Cromdale hills.
