The hotel restaurant is open daily for breakfasts, as well as à la carte lunches and dinners. Every meal is served at the dining tables. The meals feature a variety of mouth-watering of Moroccan cultural influences, creating a melting pot of flavours to cater for every taste and to delight even the most refined palate.

Up on the terrace, guests have access to a gym, solarium with sun beds and a small indoor swimming pool. Parasols and sun loungers are provided, and for a fee guests can relax in the steam room. Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out at 12 pm. Key collection is at the reception. Opening times are limited so it is essential that guests provide the guesthouse with all of their flight details. The office closes at 7 pm. Any guests arriving after this time should call the number on their booking confirmation to arrange key collection. People from Muslim countries or followers of Islam need to provide a marriage certificate to share a double room.

The guesthouse has seven spacious and comfortable suites, all elegantly decorated. Located right inside the Medina, this guesthouse is within easy reach of public transport services, just 5 m away from local bus and taxi stops. It is also only 10 minutes by foot from the emblematic ancient world University of Al-Karaouine and other monuments. It's located next to the only garden in the neighbourhood called ‘Jardin Berdella' and also next to the Cinema Amal movie theatre. The centre of Fez can be reached in around 15 minutes by public transport and Fez train station is about 2 km from the establishment. Ski slopes at Ifrane are to be found approximately an hour and ten minutes away by car. The coast at Rabat is around 2 hours away and Fes-Saïss Airport is conveniently located some 12 km from the guesthouse.
