Unicorno ***

Cómo llegar al Unicorno en Florencia:

From the Pisa airport “G. Galilei”, we suggest to take the train for Firenze Santa Maria Novella , there is a train to Florence about every hour.You can also catch a bus of Terravision Company.

- From the Florence airport “A. Vespucci”, we suggest to take the shuttle bus to the train station Santa Maria Novella, or a taxi which will take about 15 minutes.

- Upon arriving at the train station Santa Maria Novella we suggest a 300 metre walk to the hotel . Exit form the station by the side of the platform number 16 .Turn on the right and go straight. You will see the back side of Santa Maria Novella Church. Get in Santa Maria Novella Square, go always straight. After Santa maria Novella Square there is Piazza Ottaviani and then Via Dei Fossi .

If you prefer you can catch a taxi. Exit from the station by the side of platform number 16. Turn on the right .At the corner there is the taxi stop. In a couple of minutes you will be in front of the Hotel Unicorno.

- By car we suggest the following route to avoid a traffic fine:

From North and West (Subways A1/A11): • Exit Firenze Nord (Florence North) and follow instructions to Centro/Stazione (Downtown/Station). • At the end of Viale Redi enter shortly Viale Belfiore taking a right (white building on your right) and then cross it to enter Via Guido Monaco in front of you on the left hand, past the traffic light • Turn left into viale Strozzi (pass under the railway bridge) and proceed into Viale Lavagnini. Turn right into Via Santa Caterina D’Alessandria and proceed into via Nazionale (see map from here). • At its end, cross Piazza Stazione (Station Square) leaving the Railway Station building on your right and the back of the Santa Maria Novella Church on your left. • Drive into Via Santa Caterina da Siena (leave Hotel Club on your right). Turn left into via della Scala. After about 500m you will enter in Santa Maria Novella Square. Turn at the first on the right , after about fifty meters there is the Hotel Unicorno.

From South (Subway A1): • Exit Firenze Sud (Florence South) and follow directions to Centro/Stazione (Downtown/Station). Once in Piazza della Libertà, keep your right and drive into Via Lorenzo il Mangnifico. Turn left into via Poliziano. Drive straight ahead crossing the boulevard and entering via Santa Caterina D’Alessandria, which then becomes Via Nazionale (see map from here). • At its end, cross Piazza Stazione (Station Square) leaving the Railway Station building on your right and the back of the Santa Maria Novella Church on your left. • Drive into Via Santa Caterina da Siena (leave Hotel Club on your right). Turn left into via della Scala. After about 500m you will enter in Santa Maria Novella Square. Turn at the first on the right , after about fifty meters there is the Hotel Unicorno.

From Firenze Certosa (Subway A1): Enter in via Senese, following the signals arrive at Porta Romana. Pass under the arch of the door and take via Romana. At the end of the street turn on the left in via Maggio. At the end of the street cross Santa Trinità Bridge, turn on the left in Lungarno Corsini, you arrive in Piazza Goldoni, here turn on the left in Via del Moro, go straight, turn on the left in via del Sole, at the end of the street turn on the left in via Dei Fossi
