This hotel offers a personalised and quality service. Contemporary and with a tropical ambience, befitting a bygone era - an era when great service and friendly hospitality were the rule rather the exception. It features 176 rooms in total. There are three room types available. It features 120 Standard guest rooms, 40 Executive rooms which are located on the 10th and 11th floor, and 14 Deluxe rooms and 2 Junior Suites, which are the hotel's largest accommodation types. The hotel has a lobby with hotel safe and currency exchange facility, as well as a restaurant and conference facilities. Guests may also make use of the room and laundry services. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car.

The majority of the rooms can be configured to either twin or double rooms upon request.
