The B & B San Paolo Venice is located in the historic center of Venice, namely behind Santi Apostoli Square, a field that divides the area of Cannaregio (Train Station ? Bus Station (Piazzale Roma)) from the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. To be clear again about the location, from our B & B you can easily walk to the main attractions of the city: From B & B San Paolo Venezia to Piazza San Marco (where the Ducal Palace, the Correr Museum and the Basilica di San Marco) - 10 minute walk From B & B San Paolo Venezia to the Rialto Bridge - a 5 minute walk From B & B San Paolo Venezia to Venice railway station - 15 minutes walk From B & B San Paolo Venezia to Bus Station (Piazzale Roma) - 18 minute walk That way you can easily visit the city on foot without the need for public transport (thereby saving 6.50 euros for each trip by boat) along the typical narrow Venetian streets and enjoying the story. And not only just around the corner from the B & B you will find many amenities including a supermarket, a pharmacy, an Internet Point, a bank, restaurants, pizzerias and Cinema Giorgione, the only cinema operating in Venice. Our B & B has three rooms: two double rooms with shared bathroom and a single room with shared bathroom. Furnished so to promote the tranquility of our customers. Bed linen and towels are included. And if you have a wireless computer, the Internet is FREE. The cleaning service in the rooms is from 10:00 to 12:00. The bathroom is cleaned continuously during the day. Breakfast is served in your room is included. A real pleasure to start the day. NOTE: Reservations are accepted only with a valid email address and a celular number for contact.

Algunos establecimientos aplican cargos extra por servicios aunque estos no se utilicen. Al realizar el check-in o el check-out es posible que se carguen tasas o impuestos gubernamentales. Este establecimiento nos ha comunicado que se realizarán cargos por los siguientes servicios. Tasa municipal: 3 EUR por persona, por noche para huéspedes de al menos 16 y 1.5 EUR por persona, por noche para huéspedes entre 10 y 15 años. Este impuesto no se aplica a los residentes de la ciudad de Venecia. Se pueden aplicar otras exenciones, previo envío de los documentos oportunos al alojamiento, a pacientes, sus acompañantes y otras personas que se alojen en la ciudad por razones o servicios especiales. Este impuesto solo se aplica a las primeras 5 noches de estancia y se debe pagar en el alojamiento en efectivo. En 2012, se aplica un descuento del 50 %: entre el 9 de ene y el 4 de diciembre, y entre el 12 de diciembre y el 22 de diciembre; y en 2012: entre el 9 de enero y el 3 de febrero, el 23 de febrero y el 31 de marzo, el 1 de noviembre y el 2 de diciembre, y el 10 y 22 de diciembre.  Hemos incluido todos los cargos que nos ha proporcionado el proveedor. No obstante, los cargos pueden variar dependiendo, por ejemplo, de la duración o la habitación que reserve.
