Meals are served on the raised deck, in the boma or in the massive thatched entertainment area where the arrangement of furniture provides a cosy atmosphere. This is enhanced by two large circular fireplaces, which provide a focal point and the ideal location to discuss game sightings on a chilly winter evening. A superb wine cellar with large picture windows affords guests the opportunity to sip wine while studying activity at the waterhole.

An elevated pool is partially hidden from the entertainment area, providing privacy and easy access to the bar. A conference venue with facilities for up to 40 delegates is situated close the main entertainment area.

The extra-length king or twin bedded rooms feature beaded artwork by skilled South African women. All chalets have air conditioning, large mosquito nets, telephone facilities and internet access, mini bar and safe. All rooms have a spacious en suite bathroom with spa bath and double washbasins, a large shower enclosure leads into a private outdoor shower with a view of the river bed. Large corner windows provide with a sense of the outdoors while still inside.
