Via Acqua Puzzola 3, Montepulciano (Italia)
Ver fotosThe Podere Fontecastello is a farmhouse in one of the most enchanting spots of Tuscany near Siena: Montepulciano, also known as Perla del Cinquecento (the Pearl of the 16th century), famous for its churches and its beautiful palazzi. The mansion, nestled in a peaceful and green area, only half a mile from the historic center of Montepulciano, is perfect for pleasant and relaxing holidays surrounded by a thriving nature. The place is said to be named after a spring that supposedly flowed from a niche for religious worship. In the past Fontecastello was a convent in the heart of a valley within a forest called the Bosco di Zoccoli. The Podere Fontecastello farmhome consists of four independently accessible apartments. At their disposal guests will find a fireplace or heaters, individually controlled heating, ample garden where it is also possible to eat in the shade of the two huge nut-trees, and a terrace to sunbathe or relax.
