A boutique style hotel with true European charm. Award-winning staff, with over 70% of concierge and front desk staff having earned the Best of Victoria award.

The hotel is a white boutique style stucco building with green trim. Hanging baskets adorn a glass entrance and flower boxes mark all exterior windows. Building is hollow in the middle where a Mediterranean-style courtyard is situated.

Smaller lobby with marble flooring and warm design. Front of lobby is encased with glass and feature large exotic plants. Reception desk is located up three small stairs at the back of the lobby.
