The hotel is one of the unique properties in Sapporo featuring Austrian style image from place to place. On the 14th floor, there is spa facility called "Karlovy Vary" and staying guests have privilege to have massages and esthetic treatment at special price. All rooms are medium in size with elegant style and offer modern facilities such as a television, refrigerator, hair dryer and complimentary high speed internet access. They are all situated on the 16th floor or above and provide a nice view of the Sapporo city. Interior design theme and color scheme are different by each room type. Thus each room type has different atmosphere. The bathroom is small in size but kept clean and in good condition.

From New Chitose Airport, it takes 35 minutes to Sapporo Station by JR Airport Liner or 70 minutes by Airport limousine bus to the hotel (bus stop in front of the hotel). Sapporo Subway lines well serves in the city center area. It is five minutes walk from Exit 22 of Sapporo station on Nanboku and Toho Subway Lines. It is easy access to entertainment and business district "Susukino" from the nearest subway station.
