The 90-room city hotel formally consisted of three magnificent Regency private residences converted at the turn of the last century into beautifully presented accommodation where many rooms command stunning sea views. In addition to a lobby area with 24-hour reception and check-out services and lift access to the upper floors, facilities available to guests at this establishment include a bar, pub, disco, theatre, TV lounge and a restaurant. Furthermore, wired and wireless Internet access and room and laundry services are also provided and there is a cellar for storing bicycles. Those arriving by car may leave their vehicles in the hotel car park (charges apply).

The Brighton beachfront is a buzzing playground of swimming, surfing, sailing, basketball, volleyball, skateboarding and lots more. Away from the water there are plenty of spectator sports. Directly opposite the hotel on the beach is a wonderful children's play area complete with paddling pool, swings and sand pits. Furthermore, guests can head to the sauna or try their hand at a range of water sports, such as jet skiing, windsurfing, sailing, catamaran boating and canoeing (charges apply to all).
