This excellent full-service hotel is in the heart of downtown Memphis. This 600 room 19 story property connects to the Memphis Convention Center on the mezzanine level and has an excellent business center. There are also many leisure amenities and an excellent restauraunt, bar and sundry/coffee shop. Rooms are comfortable and have large work desks and little added touches to make guests feel at home. The property is surrounded by restaurants, shops, museums and entertanment venues and the city-operated trolley providing service to the Beale Street entertainment district, riverfront, and other city attractions stops right outside the hotel.

The on-site restaurant Magnolia Grille is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Trolley Stop Bar is open from mid-day and serves light lunch and dinner in addition to there regular bar service. A lobby gift shop serves assorted coffees throughout the day.
