Haus am Berg is a small, family-run hotel in the heart of the Bavarian Forest. The nearby Bavarian Forest National Park and the Czech ?umava National Park form a continuous cross-border nature park, which has been awarded Unesco Biosphere Nature Reserve status. The cosy 16-room hotel is situated on a quiet hillside location with a magnificent view of the Regen river valley and the mountains beyond. Thanks to Haus am Berg's small size, flexible solutions to your individual or group wishes are possible. Due to their experience in major hotel-chains the Anglo-Dutch owners know what international travellers expect. . The Bavarian Forest offers excellent possibilities for all seasons: whether hiking, biking, motorcycling, ski-ing or otherwise, there is something to do for all ages regardless of temperature and weather. The beautiful old city of the regional capital Regensburg has recently been awarded Unesco World Heritage status, and several other, smaller towns in the area merit a visit.
