The hotel Rigel has a liberty style, mantaining alive its past charming belonging to the liberty period.It is situated near the central station, in the heart of the historic centre of Catania.This historic building has been completely renovated in a simple, elegant way to give all necessary conforts. Renovation works started in September 2006 and ended in June 2008.It is a small hotel, so the owners are always in contact with their guests and in every moment of the day they are present to help them in order to satisfy their needs. They welcome the guests as they were members of their family, they will believe to be in their house.Environmental protection.The hotel is sensitive to environmental and energetic problems.the hotel Rigel has a system of photovoltaic panels in order to produce electricity and a system of solar panels in order to produce hot water.The building is situated in an enviable position:you can reach it from the airport in an easy way by bus,near to the bus station and to the train station. It is also very close to the ?Ciminiere?, a fairy centre.It's available a wide terrace, full of typical, sicilian plants, a relaxing place where you can read, meet and chat.

A partir de Agosto 2011, en este destino existe una tasa local no incluida en el precio de 1-5 EUR por persona y noche (dependiendo de la categoria del hotel) que debe ser pagada directamente en el hotel.
