  Buena habitación, baños limpios, buena vista y ubicación cerca de sitios turísticos. Los ascensores son un fiasco, tardan mucho tiempo, pero el hotel tiene excelente ubicación.

  The best attention received from the front desk manager. His kindness and help were out of this world. Thank you for everything. We’ll repeat again every time we go back to New York. It’s a little hotel, in the center of Manhattan, just next to the Empire Building, the air conditioning works perfectly well and is clean.

  Prime location Location is excellent, hotel is lovely, staff very helpful and friendly.only thing that let it down was no tea or coffee facilities in the room. For the price I paid, I would have expected these to be in the room

  Buenisima ubicacion Sitio bonito, estupendamente situado a 5minutos de times square. Se quedan con el equipaje pero es de pago. Al llegar te retienen un dinero que a nosotros, tardó el volver a llegar a la cuenta. Por el resto es genial si tienes pensado ir a ver manhattan andando

  Muy encantador y cerca al centro de New York Es un hotel acogedor, la habitacion con todos sus comodidades: tomar cafe, planchador, refrigerador y platos y cubiertos. Me senti como en casa. El personal de recepcion me ayudo a contactar con el taxi para el aeropuerto.
