  Hotel offers breakfast, which is very good for the tourist. Very well located hotel, in a quiet area, near Times Square, without being in the tourist confusion of NY. Very polite and helpful staff.

  Prime location Location is excellent, hotel is lovely, staff very helpful and friendly.only thing that let it down was no tea or coffee facilities in the room. For the price I paid, I would have expected these to be in the room

  The best attention received from the front desk manager. His kindness and help were out of this world. Thank you for everything. We’ll repeat again every time we go back to New York. It’s a little hotel, in the center of Manhattan, just next to the Empire Building, the air conditioning works perfectly well and is clean.
