Each apartment includes a 32-inch flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a kitchen or kitchenette with a stove, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. Some offer a lovely garden view.

Memorial Park is 3 minutes? walk from the motel and apartments. Tauranga?s city centre is an 8-minute walk and offers a variety of shops, cafés and restaurants. Mount Maunganui is 12 minutes? drive away.

We have large covered communal courtyard for guest use, and plenty of off-street parking, with two trailer/large vehicle parks, along with free WIFI and kayak use.
Centrally located, a 8 minute walk central Tauranga, and a three minute walk away from the lovely Memorial Park, with Mount Maunganui a 12 minute drive away, you can't beat us for location.
The sunrises over the peaceful inner harbour are spectacular, and with a lovely waterfront reserve in front of our property, there is plenty of space to relax and make the most of our waterfront location.
