  Location, huge room, pools are nice Great location, huge room. But: at the pool area no umbrellas to rent, either you sunburn or pay 800 dollars for a daybed, towels don’t get taken away from chairs when they are unoccupied for a long time. Service girls at the pool area aren’t attentive. Concierge gave confusing information about the pool cocktail happy hour and in the end didn’t know. No proper introduction to the facilities available in the hotel, if we had a proper map,we might have consumed more in the restaurants at the hotel.

  Wonderful When I needed stuff for the room, staff was there staffed throughout. The whole resort was very polite and helpful.

  Nice location, clean rooms, nice staff. Good facilities. Strat Hotel is a very nice hotel to stay. The rooms are clean and big and the prices of the rooms are doable. The only thing that really bugs me are the "hidden" "resort fees" These fees are higher than the price of the room which makes everything more than twice as expensive. This website does mention that you will have to pay resort fees, but not how much. The hotel mentions this when you check in.

  Great stay, nice room and big. Great view of the mountains and sunset. I had a good time staying at the rio. I would definitely stay again. They did have a fridge in the room. I wish they had microwaves too or somewhere in the hotel where you can use a microwave. The room was night and updated but the bathroom lights by the mirror kept flickering on and off. I made several request to have it fixed and no one ever fixed it. That was not a deal breaker for me but I wish they fix that.

  Self parking is easy, room is clean and comfortable, lots of small shops and foods inside of hotel resorts, connected to other hotels by monorail, etc. Well clean and comfortable room to stay better than expectation with enjoy of look around of lots of small shops and foods at Wedtgate!

  Efficient check in process. Clean Everything catered for from room service to greeting at the entrance . Great location No complaints everything was catered for staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay again .
